Shipping Policy

We ship carefully packed, hand-crocheted pieces across Pakistan through trusted couriers.
Processing time
Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order.
Custom pieces are made from scratch and typically take 5–7 days to stitch before dispatch.
Delivery time
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Other cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges
Standard delivery: flat PKR 250 across Pakistan.
Express delivery: PKR 600 (1–2 business days).
Payments are accepted via Easypaisa and JazzCash only.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp or email the moment your parcel leaves our studio.
International orders
We currently ship only within Pakistan. Sign up to our newsletter to hear when international shipping opens.
